Glycine Airman 9 1st to use ETA 7754 movement…

Glycine Airman 9 first to use ETA 7754 movement. George Shmagranoff pointed out to me via email today that the Glycine Airman 9 is using the ETA(Valjoux) 7754. Glycine supposed to be the first to get this movement. The 7754 is a variant of the ETA (Valjoux) 7750 which has a 24hr indicator running off of the center pinion. The difference between this movement and earlier 7750's with a 24-hour center pinion hand, like my Lucien Richot pictured below this paragraph, is the center pinion can be advanced to indicate a second time-zone and isn't slaved to the main timekeeping hour hand. The Airman 9 is a 44mm watch without crown, 15mm thick, 200m Water Resistance, 22mm lugs and doesn't appear to be available on bracelet. It dies have a nicely finished movement sitting behind a sapphire display back: The Airman 9 is available in White, Blue and two different styles of Black Dial (Black with Silver sub-dial at 6, and Black with Red sub-dial at 6 o'clock). Interestingly enough, the hour sub-dial has markings for reading up to 24-hours elapsed time, the only other chronograph I'm familar with that has this feature is the LeJour FlyGraf. MSRP is purported to be $3,600 US Dollars. I especially like the White Dial. Has a bit of Explorer II about it... Details on the Airman 9 can be found on Glycine's website.
